Last week was my first week in the
University of Sussex. It was great and last Friday was the most memorable day
of the week, it was the day that I had lots of fun with my friends and did interesting activity.
We were set into a group of four people.
After that, the teacher told us to choose three random items to create a useful
stuff. We took a credit card, a balloon and a goggles, these three items seem
don’t have any connection to each other.
We only had 30 minutes to prepare and come up
with an idea. At first, it was very hard to think about the way to connect
them together. Everyone was like " Why did we choose these items?"
and wanted to give up. But after half an hour of teamwork and imagination, we
came up with a flying product that allows people to travel from one to another place by
themselves, it is called “Bird machine”. People can use this product instead of
using transport like cars, motorbikes or buses, which is very clean
because it uses green gas to fly.
This activity was interesting and useful
because we could come up with lots of crazy ideas to share with others, which
developed my communication and creation skills. We had lots of fun at that
time, all of my teammates are very funny, and they made me laugh a lot. I am looking
forward to have exercises like this in future lessons.
